Have a 01 MM700, 1150 miles, only running on two cylinders, has spark and fuel. Any Suggestions?

Have you cleaned the carbs? that one could be plugged with junk. what does the plug look like? is it wed or dry? If its dry then that cylinder is not getting fuel. Is it wet? you could have a bad needle and seat or the float height is wrong and its flooding out. Have you pulled compression? is that jug ok or did something happen to it?

needs two other requirements....compression and air then all four at the right time and quantity with quality..

After it's been running for awhile feel the base of the plugs, they all should feel the same, if one is slightly cooler than others you might have a fouled plug.
