I put a new belt on my 800 xp and it’s over-Revving at low speed then like upshifts and takes off and runs good until I slow down to let it get within 15-20 mph then keeps doing it?

What belt are you running, is it OEM if so what's the number of the belt? Is the deflection setup right? What clicker are you running on and what elevation are you at? Need to know more info so we can help you out.

Set belt deflection as tight as possible without creeping or squealing.
Then check out the primary for wear. They generally need a rebuild kit at 1500-2000 mountain miles, as well as the divot in the ramps as already mentioned. The divot develops when there is excessive wear in other parts like bushings, slider buttons etc...
