I put a new belt on my 800 xp and it’s over-Revving at low speed then like upshifts and takes off and runs good until I slow down to let it get within 15-20 mph then keeps doing it?

sounds to me like ramps have a notch worn in them, have you looked at primary? these were horrible for wear and haven't seen one with 2000mi that wasn't completely worn out

X2. Had the same problem this last January. I would definitely look into this.
Set belt deflection as tight as possible without creeping or squealing.
Then check out the primary for wear. They generally need a rebuild kit at 1500-2000 mountain miles, as well as the divot in the ramps as already mentioned. The divot develops when there is excessive wear in other parts like bushings, slider buttons etc...
