For that type of temp I would go with the Klim Keweenaw Jacket. It's their most advanced and insulated jacket. As with all jackets and jackets that use Gore-Tex, you should not wear cotton under the jacket. Get a good base layer such as the Klim Aggressor shirt or the Klim Defender shirt.
