Like the title says, I like to have the RIGHT information, so I bought a Factory Service manual from GM. This is no 25$ chiltons/haynes manual. It cost upwards of 500.00$. There are 4 books, all with over 1000 pages a peice. Box weighs 35lbs. Anything and everything you would ever need to know. This is the PAPER Version of GM's CD that their techs use. Very informative. Books are split up into sections, IE: electrical, drivetrain, mechanical, troubleshooting trees, etc... Spent the extra $$$ To get the Duramax/allison service manual also. GM will not sell the information on a CD (for obvious pirating reasons)... I bought an 11' and now this info is obsolete for me. The new set is on the way, looking to sell this set to another proud owner.
