Well-known member Lifetime Membership Nov 28, 2007 324 76 28 Feb 14, 2008 #3 belts 08 m1000 cord out on left side{ i have the alignment bar] just kept taking shims out till cord quit coming out, we would just glue cord back in. this work the same on wifes iq 600. no belt issuses in over 600 miles.
