Here's my custom build on my 2004 F7 firecat Big Bore 800 Aerocharger 53 Turbo, extended to 153" with home made tunnel extension, 2 wheel kit with 8" wheels, 8 tooth drivers, D&D big bore Y-Pipe, Speedwerx Ceramic Pipe, Clutch Kit with titanium primary spring, 50g base adjustable weights, geared, Digitron dual EGT, AEM AFR and Boost, fuel pump pressure, and fuel rail pressure, fuel pressure regulator, titanium A-Arms M series width, fox zero pro shocks valved from HCR, 6" handlebar riser, power valve spacers for big bore, and M7 handlebars. I'm sure there's some i'm missing.

Started out just seeing how the turbo fit and the charge tube.

Then made a 2.5" downpipe out of my truck exhaust, cut on angles, welded it together for bends, and ground everything down to give it a smooth appearance.
301139_10150770799875500_597760499_20336066_587506_n.jpg

I tack welded with arc welder on the outside, and mig welded the inside
308644_10150770801395500_597760499_20336091_7010407_n.jpg

Had to cut a little piece of the bulkhead to allow the air box to fit.
298581_10150772199260500_597760499_20348997_3391816_n.jpg

Painted the downpipe to prevent rust after i put an O2 bung on
254616_10150772203375500_597760499_20349017_890967_n.jpg

Another test with the downpipe on this time, the charge tube is too long, needs trimming and re welding
305009_10150772205140500_597760499_20349047_790186_n.jpg

Lots of wiring for my gauges, and just my attitude box.
307687_10150774782690500_597760499_20377579_2593781_n.jpg

Comparison between my MBRP can i had on it before, and my 2.5" downpipe i made, just needs paint.
300225_10150774783390500_597760499_20377587_2342496_n.jpg

O2 Sensor fits in the bung when the downpipe and brace is installed.
312101_10150774784925500_597760499_20377609_6595737_n.jpg

Painted the downpipe and brace
317539_10150774903520500_597760499_20378874_528013_n.jpg

Another test fit, welded on spring hangers, and bolted the downpipe to the belly pan with grade 8 3/8" bolts, i dont think it's going to move.
310991_10150777810295500_597760499_20414627_4054510_n.jpg

Wiring mostly done
303243_10150777811585500_597760499_20414637_2610004_n.jpg

Couldn't figure out how to put this on, but here's my fuel pressure regulator.
308931_10150777812720500_597760499_20414641_5879374_n.jpg

Got my gauges all wired up.
317367_10150792007180500_597760499_20569922_761527718_n.jpg

Moved my ECU, and hooked up some boost lines to my turbo
311917_10150785839655500_597760499_20501121_3691700_n.jpg

And finally found the place to mount my fuel pressure regulator, still need to change the fuel rail pressure gauge so it's not so close to the pipe.
317864_10150816883830500_597760499_20750708_41433463_n.jpg

I have two gauges, one for fuel pump pressure, and other for fuel rail pressure(had two gauges, but no plugs haha) need a 90* angle piece to change the line so its not so close to the pipe.

I'm still in the process of finishing everything. I'm going to finish the charge tube, put new reeds in, change the fuel line so it's not so close to the pipe, change a motor mount to a 60 duro instead of my 45 which is worn out, also have titanium M series A-Arms, zero pro shocks, and tie rods to put on, gotta cut down my 153" attack 20 track(unless i can find a 153" camo 2.5" 3" pitch to cut down). And mount my gauges, looking to change my handlebars to shorter pro taper or similar, and then put on a different bumper instead of my plastic firecat one.

Here's some cosmetic changes i've done.

Yeah, I was in same position as you wanting 15" wide, but I rebuilt the entire sled, all new bearings, seals, gaskets, sensors, suspension, and engine. And since I knew it was brand new I thought why not. It's unique, how many other people can say they actualy did it instead of thought about it? I only know of one. Plus with firecats being so light, it's going to make an interesting ride. It'll actually depend on how the sled does, being from Saskatchewan we rarely get powder, probably once or twice a season. So I've never actualy gotten to use it in powder yet. I'm assuming since the track is narrow, it won't do the best in highmarking unless the snows firm. Which it should be a rocket. In the end I guess I'll have to see once the snow flies, I'm moving to bc in November so guys gotta hope for the best.
