Just wondering if anyone has put a 3071 on a BD side mount Apex. Does it fit?

Any info is appreciated.

I think dean at alpine was playing with a 3071 on their kit, dont know if anything became of it.

I honestly looked at it and didn't think it was worth the work. I would look into what hobbs on here did with a 2868HTA

Will it bolt right up in place of the 2560 I have? I know it won't fit exact, but would like to know if it will work.
Please keep in mind that it will bolt up to the side mount position that the 2560 is currently at.
