You have to run the 111 belt with the new primary clutch. You can use the 2016-2017 secondary, but you need to make sure that it is shimmed correctly and it has a different offset than previous years.

No, it is different. We are having some made for now. I don't think the Arctic Cat bar will be available for a few weeks.
What about on the pre-16 sleds? Can the new primary be made to work with the cat secondary? Just curious as I'm getting up into the "dangiazone" on miles for cat clutches on my '14.
I don't know the answer to that for sure, but I do not think the new primary will work with anything but the BOSS secondary.
Float your secondary and I don't see why not??? I run a 16 team primary on mine with a 14 secondary.
Anyone else notice that cat finally realized their mistake and made a longer belt? You never used the top 1/2" of your primary with the team clutches because the center hub on the boss secondary was so big the belt couldn't run all the way out on the primary...
