In Spokane an AC rep said that they are considering a 2.5" track for 1100T for 2012. I was going to see if any others or dealer types have heard of this?

I would love that as well, but know that they are really trying to keep like parts on most sleds to cut down on production costs and sourcing out another track for one model would not seem likely to me. No worries though, the powerclaw is an awesome track and is very sell-able. I think we will be offering a trade out program on sleds that we sell to take the poweclaw and credit it toward a Camoplast Extreme 2.5".

Racinstation, do you know what the trade difference is between the tracks to upgrade?

Right on ................

Slightly stiffer and 2.5'' would be better than the one offered now.
You have got to consider the extra power and put it to work. I was going to use my Extreme, but it would be nice it if came with the right one to start with.

they during into a 85 duro after 1500 miles anyway:face-icon-small-win

yes, either the old camo 2.5 or new version would be a hit on all of the mtn sleds, be it 1100 or the 800

I would take a 90 or 85 duro because it will wind up 5-10 less after that long. I think my 09 is more like a 70 now after the abuse I put it through, but its still in one piece. It would work great on a m7. Would like the extra height though.

so in Utah, Colorado, Wyoming, Idaho type snow/powder is the CE 2.5 considered a boon docking track or a hill climb track:face-icon-small-con

My opinion is to sell it and get a PC, its more of a trencher track. with a tiny bit better breaking and the same performance up hill.

When I was at the dealer show they said the current 162 PC 2.25 was definitley not enough track for the 1100T. They had been looking at options at either longer and/or taller lug for it. Didnt think it would make it on the 2012 sleds, but to plan on it for 2013.
