If your thinking of the same squirrel that im thinking of it doesnt stay untouched for very long all people need is the first few mountain riders to make a few tracks up top and then there tons of people up there

would prefer $1200 a month but starting to realize that's not realistic. Southside is better but at this point it doesn't matter.

I work off 72nd and Old Seward so I'm trying to stay fairly close. Anything on the lower hillside, boniface, Tudor, N lights, would all be fine. Pretty much anywhere between Huffman and Muldoon, lol. Garage big enough for two sleds and preferably a 6 month lease since he's leaving come spring. I can't commute anymore and it's only been a week.
