I am seriously considering relocating to Montana and am wondering how the market is over there. Looking to be out in the sticks but not too far from town. I searched a few broker sites and maybe they only had the high dollar stuff on those, I hope so because they seemed a bit high to me. I'd prefer to get somthing with a house/shop already on it but would consider just land with no/few CRCs. Any real estate guys from over that way on here?

not much cheap in Bitteroot valley, Flathead Valley, or Gallatin valley...and for that matter even eastern Montana with the Bakken oil field

but the more the merrier...especially if you are a sledder moving into Missoula!!!!
