Skidoo 800 vs 800 HO

Has anyone installed an 800HO in a regular 800 skidoo summit? Is there any major changes required? I have heard that the head, reeds, carb boots and pipe might be different. Does anybody have any experience with this?

Depending on what your putting it in. You can pretty much mix and match any of the parts. Tho HO has different port timing , 13.5cr head (summit model) and lookalike VF3s with spacers. The pipe work better also.
