Looking at aftermarket LED bulbs.

How much amps does the 850 supply to a single headlight socket ?

Looking at LED bulbs .... can get 0.2 to 3.2 AMP LED bulbs.

Obviously more power more light. Or go a variable amp bulb? Is there a resistor in the circuit?

Wattage

You have to remember light bulbs are rated/measured in wattage. A circuit will only pull "X" amount of AMPS depending on the load, in this case the light bulb. AMPS can be calculated by using a simple formula, P=IxE

P = Wattage
I = AMPs or Current
E = Voltage

Take the original bulbs Wattage and divide by the Voltage and leaves you with the AMP draw of that bulb/circuit.

LED's pull fewer AMPs but are a bit more Voltage sensitive (although not normally an issue).

E = 12

P= ?

Whats the wattage of the factory installed bulb ? .... Are factory bulbs wattage out put congruent with a LED wattage out ? The technologies have different operating efficiencies?

Does SKIDOO offer a LED bulb replacement? What is the specs on a LED replacement from manufacturer?

SKIDOO offers an LED strip add on ... is this on the same circuit so to add and have more wattage on the primary headlight?
