Seem to remember I saw the meanings listed on the clutch cover, will be out cleaning my sled tomorrow from todays ride and let you know.

Wonder if the coil failure could be due to the stator not producing enough power to fire the coils correctly? Did another google search and the only thing that came up directly related to the code 12 was a thread from snowest where the problem was cured by changing the stator. This thread was from a older M8, not sure if the code meanings have changed from the original M's to the Proclimb.

My thoughts on the explanation of the code are that there is something wrong with the stator also.

Research on my M8 stated I had a stator problem as well but, a firmware update of my Power commander remedied the issue but, you probably don't even have a Power commander on your sled.......

Frosbite posted that a firmware update of his power commander cured his problem, maybe this is the cure to your problem.
