I did a quick search and wasn't able to find what i was after. Looking at hold overs and wondering what the big changes (if any) there were year to year.

I know the earlier sleds had serious issues with belt life, was that fixed in 2018?

Tunnel strengthened

Belt change

SHOT reflash

Motor mounts changed

Vent kit not installed on 2017 2018 but cost $70

I think right now today 7 FEB You not gonna get a better deal than a 2019 Skidoo summit.

What size track?

That's good info in the post.

Right now $2019 off stick OR 0% financing on Summits.

165 Seen for $9999 as well as the 175 … gone in a few days at same dealership.

Right now 165 SHOT 2019 3in paddles go for $10900 to 11500. Not looked BUT a 175 should be a few hundred more.

On March first last year they offered cash off plus 5 yr zero financing.

Did find a dealer in SLC offering 165 SHOT 3in for $11200 AND zero financing.

Based on holdover pricing last couple years I speculate dealer cost on a sled is in the 8 grand area.

There is at least one new 2018 175 3" SHOT sled locally for $9990.

Just trying to weigh if its worth the extra $1-2K for a 165 or 175 2019

All upgrades should be completed on sled as the 2019 except for one … Vent kit which cost $70.

There was a dealer in Oregon blowing out 2019 Skidoo 850 Gen 4 175 for 10 grand Had 3 sold first day new promotion

I contacted Remko at i90 about that sled the day they listed it. They added on a bunch of pdi and freight and with taxes it was 12500. I told him I'd think about it, and it sold while I was thinking. I ended up buying from them a 2019 175 3" with shot and 3 year warranty after rebates and everything for cheaper than the 18.

Picked up a new 2019 165-3 w/SHOT an hour ago for $11,100
My other 2019 has been FLAWLESS so far and seems to have NO residual issue at all from the initial 2017 production.
2018 was better and the 2019 seems to be FULLY dialed in now.
