Track tension question

Hello,

I recently installed ice age rails with 8in wheels, avid 7 tooth drivers, tricked toys drop brackets and a 159x2.5 camoplast track on my rev. When I went to tension the track I maxed out the tensioner bolts and still have about 2 3/4 inchs of droop when I hang a 16 pound weight. My questions is what is the best way to get the track tighter?

Any ideas would be helpful!

Thanks

Set skid back with new holes?
Larger rear wheels with an offset axle?
I put question marks cuz I am not real familiar with your setup, just standard "fixes".
Sounds like you need longer rails though, for it to be right.
Are your bolts maxed out, or are you out of "slot" on your axle? If your bolts are stopped up against your locknuts, maybe there is room behind the aluminum block to put the locknuts behind instead of in front?

Those were the only two ideas I could think of. I wish I could get more out but I'm maxed out in the slot! I'm hesitant to relocate the holes. I'm thinking I'll have to buy bigger wheels and an offset axle.
