Vibration on preload

New to sleds so not sure what to check first. Went out for my first trip and on hardpack trails with whoops I get a vibration/noise on the face of the whoop that almost feels like the track is rubbing the tunnel. Smaller bumps didn't do it so basically when i've blown through the travel I get it. It might even be normal for all i know. My sliders/hyfax are badly warn (from what i'm told) and i'm replacing those this weekend ... Could they be the cause?
