2005 800 rev not cooling

:help:sled not cooling fluids not getting to rear heat exchanger , replaced thermostat water pump seams to be working its sucking down coolant from the reservoir could the water pump be shot , clog in the lines any one ever run into this problem? thx :face-icon-small-con

Have you burped the system? You need to get the ft.of the sled up higher than the rear cooler so you can get the air out.

Water pump probably...There is a plastic gear on pump shaft (that strips) it runs off crank Easy fixs fairly common .
