happened to my 13,fuse by oil tank.fuse was good but had some crud\oil on it.new fuse is cheap,easy fix.hopefully that is it.

This also happened to my 14 with electric start. When I would pull out the kill switch it would start with out pushing the start/reverse button, like the button was always pushed in. I had to replace the whole harness.
