Just be patient.
They have been offering the FREE HARDWARE every year now.
You can count on another offer just like this cropping up.

SPOT makes all their money on the yearly subscription fees, which are NOT insignificant. I LOVE the service, and wouldn't ride with it, but it AIN'T CHEAP!
