Tonight!

TTT:

Just a reminder to ya all.

Attended the BRP "show" on Saturday... going to catch the rest tonight..

Does anyone think Cat can pull it off with only the 800 and a 4 stroke? Are they going to be playing catch up to Yamaha because they can't make a 2 stroke motor clean enough to meet EPA regs?

With no sleds to demo and customers being kept in the dark as to actual numbers, HP, weight, etc.

I will say it is going to be a rough year for CAT. Any CAT faithful I have talked to are very disturbed by the no ride it before you buy it.

I think the days of "taking the manufacturers word for it" are long gone.

May have to take the kids for a night out.:face-icon-small-hap

I'm going to make the drive up there, but just to tell my dealer in front of the cat rep that I won't be buying one this year because of cats multiple failures with this years launch.

Anyone else go to this?

First off the Yamaha guys just looked plain bored

I can see why the ski doo guys chose to have their own as the majority of the people were there solely for the cats.

Anyway, did anyone pick up one of the new cat hoods? the damn thing weights about 30 pounds, aren't you supposed to keep the weight down low?

Yeah that was Timmer. Is he buying a new sled?

I for one was very impressed with the new Cats. I think thay are going to kill it. Watch out PooPoo faithful.:face-icon-small-coo

The hood was kinda heavy, but it has everything on it as a complete module.
Ever had a Pro hood off and held it? I have and it is not light, and it doesnt have any of the intake attached to it.

The ProClimb is gonna be a sweet machine, I wish i could say one was gonna be in my trailer, but the economy is way too sketchy right now for me.:face-icon-small-sad

Kinda heavy is what a father says about his little princess when he doesn't have the heart to tell her she's not going to be the next Cindy Crawford.

This was the second set of 2012's that I have seen, its clear that these were the ones built for display purposes as fit and finish were far better than the first set.

LOL. Sure. But, no one knows final production weights yet.
Sometimes the fat girls are a better ride.
