I have a 2002 RMK 800 144 that I am looking to replace the rear torsion springs on. This is a back up sled that we keep at the cabin that wont see a ton of miles but will be rode mainly by ~200lb riders and sometimes used as double up for shorter rides.

My question is which spring should I go with? the .375 or the .405?

In my opinion the 375s are more than enough. I ran a set of the 405s one time and they had no give at all unless you pounded them super hard.
