While I don't have templates for you, I have pictures of how I did mine. I just made a template out of cardboard, then copied it over to some 1/8" plate. Measured many many times before using the hole saw on the sled. It actually worked out great. I pulled the front cooler the year before to clear a 2.5" paddle but with the D&R I could have kept that front cooler.

I think I only dropped it 5/8" with no roll. That saved me from moving the trailing arm mounts, and made it a lot easier. I did have to shim the clutch side jackshaft bearing outward by the thickness of the plate I used (1/8"), and I think I did something similar for the driveshaft bearing. This wasn't the cleanest mod I've done, but it was nearly free and worked well. For running 7t 3.0" pitch drivers I thought the approach angle was pretty good.

As I remember it, I had issues with the jackshaft clearing the top of the tunnel. Or at least the brake rotor and the clutch side jackshaft bearing. So I had to do some clearancing there... seen in the photos. This was 3 years ago, so my memory isn't perfect.
