I am sure this has been discussed before on here somewhere. I have a 2001 summit 700. I usually use skidoo belts but have found the gates Xtreme belt to be a lot cheaper. How do they hold up, thanks.

my bro in law swears by his
....but then again i usually ride like a raped ape in circles around him all day with some cheap old ultimax's and a regular clutch cleaning/maintanance routine

Pretty hard to beat a Doo 127 belt for the Summits.

The Gates Extreme resemble the old Gold series belt that Ski-Doo used on muscle sleds of the day-Mach 1 Mach Z etc. I prefer Gates Extreme 2 to 1 over any other belt.
