-2012 Yz250f Chassis (Built by Schwantes Fabrication)(FB them!)

-2012 ARO 120 Kit

-Finally making some progress on the build. I understand i will be under powered, Just making the most out of my all season bike.

Still lots of work to be done!

I wouldn't worry too much about it being underpowered, it should go pretty good. That thing will be a blast in the tight stuff.

I will be riding near Houghton Mi. If it works well for me i plan on doing a millennium technologies 295 kit.

I love the chassis on dirt for tight woods, hopefully works well on the snow.

Has anyone played with gearing on a yz250 with the Timbersled ARO kit?

... Because it tops out quick... But my yz250 and x are on different kits

I would ride it.. I just port them to keep them quick reving then went to a single ring piston... This keeps them very responsive...

No rekluse... Sucks to much power... I would keep it stock... But I am way higher at 8000... Smashed the go pro so have to get that replaced .

Awesome bike! Whats the fuel consumption like? Yes i will be at sea level, hopefully doesn't hurt me too bad, cant tell the difference on dirt.

My bike has, dep pipe, v force reeds, lectron, rb-designs head work.

My bike has, dep pipe, v force reeds, lectron, rb-designs head work.
So I have one with Derek Harris porting and the other is rk tek porting with head... Single ring forged ktm 250x piston .... 38mm hv lectron. Boyseen Reed's stock clutch... Lots of powder here right now so I go through about a gallon and hour...less with more of a base... I would say more power is normally better fuel milage because your not pinned all the time...
