so ive got about $600 bucks allocated to my sled but cant decide what to do. thinking maybe: port it, big wheel kit, boss seat, skis, 1 1/8 " bars and risers, a-arms, or floats. any other ideas ? what do you thinks the best bang for my buck.

how would you divi up the funds?

Boss seat for sure, it is better than sitting on a pancake.

I don't think you will have much left over after getting a boss seat and you probably won't get it untill summer.
