Seems pretty common and I want to address before it snaps. I have the tools to remove belts/bolts.
I will remove, degrease and use loc tite when torquing to 45lbs.

My question is in my extra bolts that came with spare belt why are there 3 bolts included when the pullys take 1 bolt each? I have 1 long and 2 short bolts..

Because they changed the shafts between years and they require different length bolts. The belt fits all years of the Pros, this way they only need one "kit". Match up the bolts with the ones you remove.

I stuff 25mm in there ( lower bolt) even though it calls for 20mm/ the 25mm it works fine- but I would switch to ARP bolts-
Ya I use them on my 2014 pro- and my 2016 Axys... (with a 14 pro drive shaft)

Sounds good, The poo bolts I have are grade 8.8.
I'll order the ARP bolt today, Do I need a top bolt too?

Ordered the ARP top and bottom bolts.
They come in a 5 pack so I’ll have some forsale if anyone needs a set.
Bottom bolt was out of stock in 5 Point so I got 12 point.

Thanks for info guys!

I change the bolt's out every season- chase the blue loctite out of there- and replace with new ARP bolts- Never had an issue since doing this -and no more breaking bottom bolts.

Sage, last question, Do I use the washers that came with the arp bolts or new Polaris washers?

Thanks for your help! Ryan

I don't use the ARP washers... Not enough surface area-
I go with Polaris washers- but pay close attention to the orientation of the washers- they are set in compression. In other words- put the washer on, the same way they came off.

I have a set of new washers that came with my back up qd brkt so I’ll use those with the arp bolts.
Should I put blue light coyote on bolts and let dry before installing or a couple drops on bolt and install?

All years of quickdrive.

If you got a driveshaft that has loose splines and the lower gear is loose, the bolt will fail. If the gear is tight it will not.

We see this for all years. My 13 was okay, my 14 bad my 15 terrible, my 16 okay and a buddies 17 was terrible.

Anyway upgrade to the 10.9 hard bolts if your gear wobbles and in extreme cases use Loctite 660 on the splines.

You have been warned.

Never had a failure with ARP bolts- and have had some splines/gears pretty out of spec -and broken 10.9 bolts also...come thru my shop.

Is the ARP a cure all? dunno, but I change both top & bottom out annually and it seems to be at least a good band-aid.( and I carry spares) has come in handy when lucky enough to help a fellow sledder out and do a field fix.

Just low quality OEM with the spline /gear mix- even with swapping over to TKI gears.. the OEM driveshaft has to many variables. IMHO
