Default 2009 XP electrical issues

Hi guys! Iím having some problems with my 2009 xp.

Video is attached.
https://vimeo.com/319307680/e0b0cc1a2e

Itís runs perfect for a while and then the instrument cluster will reset with two beeps similar to when you reset your kill switch tether. The sled then starts to bog really badly. Even when fully pinned (see video) I can only get 6,000 or less rpmís.

*New plugs and no tailight bulb.
*Spark plug wires look slightly cracked (ordering new ones today).

Thoughts?

Thank you!

There is a relay zip tied up on the a-frame on the passenger side, if you look in from the clutch side you should see it. Replace that relay and put grease on the new one and make sure zip tie the new one up and I bet that fixes your problems.
