Default High Fuel Consumption Skidoo Rev 800

I have a 2003 skidoo Rev summit 800HO. I ran out of fuel in 35 miles. The sled is also running rich. I bet if I put a cup under the exhaust I could collect some fuel.

Is there a way to change my float level?

I replaced all lines on the DPM, carburetor, and in the fuel tank and it's not leaking anywhere.

If your sled is running that rich I bet the O-rings on the float bowls are leaking. No way to adjust the bowl that I know of.

Thanks! I was thinking of getting an o ring kit, so I guess I will now.

I replaced the carb boots last fall and checked them then, they looked fine to me, but i'm not sure of what to look for exactly on them.

I'm having this problem in my 04 800HO. It's not leaking fuel anywhere. I was going to check the jetting soon.

So did any one find a problem with anything? I checked my reeds and they’re fine and my jetting is all stock.

I had the same issue on my 08. The DPM sensor was bad.
