Had a customer send me some info on the fitment of his new Minions and Advocates with his F2 Helmet. So for anyone looking for a set of affordable quality goggles you know where to find them!
"So the goggles showed up today. First of all, they look and feel like a high quality set of goggles so compliments on the product!
Second of all... Here are a bunch of pictures of them and how they stack up against the Scott Hustle and Oakley Crowbar goggles. Both frames fit pretty good, but as you can see the minions, similar to the Oakley’s, leave a small gap where air and snow could pack in. The gap is smaller though because of the shape of the cut on the upper corners of your frames, so that's good.
The Advocates fit tight in the space mainly because the cut and size. Neither of them will be as tight a fit as the Scotts because the Scott has a very oversized foam gasket that fills all voids. It seems like I can see better out of the minions (either because of the lens/frame shape or they sit closer to my face so I have a wider FOV). Overall I'm impressed though!"
