ataac with slp pipe?

hey guys i have a 03 800 rmk with a slp pipe/can and the slp air hoen kit. we just got back from wyoming and i could not get my sled to run right while using my ataac. i have it jetted for a base line of 1200ft. will the ataac not compensate to 11000ft?

ATACC is only supposed to compensate for 7-8K'. Try resetting your baseline elevation at a higher altitude.

Thought i just read the other day that they work the best between 2000-4000 change but i could be wrong. Was going to get one untill i read that but as easy as it is to jet think im going to just jet.

I agree, had same problem with my sled. Had it Jetted for 2000' and went to cooke city......ran fat and kept fouling plugs. I now re-jet for cook city (town) elevation, pull the blue hose when I get there, and no more problems!
