C-Tech 2 Oil in a Leftover 2017 M8000?

I just purchased a new 2017 leftover M8000 with the old Zuke motor. I currently have an 18 ER as well.

I would prefer to run C-Tech 2 oil in both to avoid purchasing 2 different types of oil.

Any thoughts?

Might make the zuke easier to start.

Running that oil in my -13 800, no problem

wife has a -15 600 and didn't want to remember to buy oil to that one to. I think the bag is easier to fill up with (but easier to break if carrying on a long trip.) Can't tell if it's easier to start.

My biggest gripe with the c-tech oil is the price.

And the fact that every time I see it, I want to punch a straw into the bag and start drinking. Capri sun really messed me up as a kid.

I realized that her 600 doesn't use that much oil compared to the o
800HO, maybe I will buy APV oil this winter, have to check how much difference there is

I wait until my dealer has it on sale, usually in the fall and buy a couple of boxes. That will last the entire season on the 2018.

Could probably turn pump back a couple turns after switching too

been running it since after break-in. manual says you can use either. I don't think the price diff was noticeable at the dealer.

no, but i did buy a 2.5 gallon jug last time online through babbitts or country cat or eBay can't remember who, but saved quite a bit over the bags.
