The intake manifilds on the fuelie have wings on them and the carbed model does not.Can a person cut these off so that I can run the v force 3 reeds in my efi 900 ?

They both have the wings as you call them and need to be cut off to use the V Force reeds. Just cut them off flush with the manifold and use them on your efi sled.

What would someone of your expertise call these wings....do tell . The carbed model does not have these velocity inducers or wings or what ever the term is.

Like sprockethead said, the models have them also. If I get to a computer rather than my phone I can post the parts diagram.

They are all the same. The carb model you seen simply had the wings already cut off. As already stated cut off the wings bolt em on and be happy.
