I have a 2009 D8 with a 155 has slp y pipe, slp pipe, and hps can and when I bought it used it had and still does have 68g weights not sure what else is done though.

Any ways I am hitting about 7900rpms around 3-5k feet and would just like to get more out of my clutching... So any advice on clutch kits I have heard mentions about carls cycle but thats about it. Thanks.

Carls Cycle

Yes try carls set up it works well and I consistently hit 8150-8250 give or take 50 rpms just depending on altitude. carls has real proven and tested results.

This is my experience but keep in mind I am much of a tuner, the snow in the NW is usually heaver & wetter than most places so your clutching will be different than the light fluffy stuff ID,CO,MT & UT get. I have an 08 800 163 that I bought new from Pierre's that worked very well, 6 months later I add a SLP single and a clutching package from Carl's which consisted of EPI 64gm weights a 66-42-46 team helix, (don't remember what springs). This set up worked well with lighter snow and hit hard out of the hole but the engagement was a little late for my liking. In heavy snow it would not hold RPM on the back shift so I went back to Pierre's set up using only the EPI weights. Also my gearing is 19/42.

you can try this...68 gram mtx's, slp green/pink spring, carls helix(new one is 62/42/.40 and 60/40/.40) use it on the 40 finish angle, stock black/purple spring, and at least 1 delrin washer..adjust with rivit weight to hit 8200-8300 on stock pipe, 8300-8450 with slp single....I think this will work pretty good for you...
