ouchh , ide say replace it now , no sence waiting for the snow to fly to slow you down , that and it feels good being on a sound sled at the beginning of the season =):face-icon-small-coo
i work at an autobody shop. an easy fix would be panel bond adheasive. we use it in place of welding when applicable. the material is as strong or stronger then a weld. and will bond to almost anything. aluminum is no problem for it. 3M 8115 automix panel bond adheasive. good stuff.
Ahhh, Ya no what, my 08 has been like that from new, and I have 3600miles on her now with no problems. 3 belts in that many miles means she is still running straight!! These things shouldn't happen, but I guess you could bond it.
