Slightly OT here, but I was wondering if there were any SW folks living in the overnight towns for RAGBRAI this summer (CB and Ottumwa are covered)? I am looking for host houses in the remaining towns for me and ~20 other people. We are Team Pedaling for Parkinson's www.pedalingforparkinsons.org

Hawkeye hosted our group last year...we didn't break too many things.

Do you have a list of the overnight cities? Judging from Ottumwa and Council bluffs it must be south?

This RAGBRAI thing is AWESOME!!! I have a cousin in Alton that owns a bar and when the ride comes through, I play bartender. My best description to people is "Sturgis without engines". Don't mean to hijack the thread, just wanted to compliment on a great time!!

I like Sturgis without engines better than my previous description, Woodstock on Wheels.
