Well, after a pretty abusive first season on the sled and it's current non-ridable condition, I decided that some upgrades were in order.

This was the first set of shocks I broke:

This was the second set of shocks that I broke, oh and a-arms. (Mind you I weigh 140 lbs and none of these breaks were from impacts)

I did a pretty extensive disassembly of the sled (this is actually a pic of it half way back together)

Had to do some machining (in order to keep my stock width adjustability)

Threw some new parts on:

And out comes the finished product:

Parts list includes:

09 Font bumper kit
New (to me) hood
Protaper SE bars
09 Dragon hooks
Zbroz ARS-FX A-Arms
Holz Spindles
Fox Evol-X shocks (Huge thanks to mark at fox racing!)

Yeah Im kinda bummed that my sled isn't a junior copy of yours anymore but I still have the old hood so I can go back if I feel the need.

Funny thing is the only thing I've hit all year are jumps and drops...

And you wonder why your going through parts so fast! LOL

Let me know how those Zbro shox work out for you. We found they were super smooth off dips and moguls, but a little bouncy off big hits. Course my zero pros seem to be about the same...

When we going riding again?
