I just had the recalibration done on my 09 D8, hoping to gain a little power, My sled ran great before, and I guess I just got a little greedy, anyway I lost over 200 rpms and it has a lot less snap than it did before. Does ANYBODY know if dealers can put the old program it came with back on it? I really regret ever changing it!!!!!

Any help would be appreciated!!!!

reflash

Something must be wrong because we have flashed 6 09 800s and 1 08 800 and they all gained 100 to 200 rpm and run way better

my dealer did mine last week(also rechecked the sled real good including tps settings..egt readings...mine runs great...it died twice on a chopped throttle from full rpms..but I think my throttle cable is just a touch loose and it is the emergency switch in th ethrottle causing it..otherwise it ran great.

I had the reflash done fri.
Before this last one there was a very lean spot @4300-5000rpm(up to 17a/f) cruising trails. And 14.2a/f thru the rest of the throttle for the most part
Now it has moved to the 4800-5500 rpm(up to 17 a/f which I promptly get the throttle moving so don't know where it would really reach) . Then a rich condition to about 6500rpm(13.2-5a/f), where it then seems to be just on the safe side the rest of the way.(14.2a/f)
This is on my 08 dragon with the 09 top kit and slp can,air horn, the single flowright in dash and 19-42 gears. Koso gauge with the sensor in the pipe 4-5" from the connection of the can. Has had all reflashes up to date.
So what I am seeing is that in the 4800-5500rpm which is a typical trail speed, bad things are happening in my motor.

I have a suggestion!!! You should have bought a cat then you wouldn't have this problem. Actually I like the new program because now I can SPANK you!!
