Maybe for 2019 there will be a lightweight hood similar to what is used on the 2018 SnoX sled, that would potentially be a nice upgrade for us.

Doubt it. Wouldn't meet sound limits. That's why there's no factory vented side panels and all that foam under the hoods in the first place.
