So I stuck an SLP air horn intake kit on my 07 RMK 600, I ride from 700-1300 feet, and I went up two sizes on the mains, I was at 400's, I dropped the e-clip to position 3. Plugs and wash look good, but now when I let it idle for a bit, or if I am boonydocking real slow, it loads up pretty bad. Any suggestions on how to cure this? Smaller pilot jet maybe? Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Consensus seems to be to switch to 0.9 or 1.0 Pilot Air Jets along with #40 or #45 Pilot Jets. I've done this recently to my 07 RMK 600HO and it seems to idle much cleaner (haven't ridden it yet though.)

I didn't rejet the mains for my slp air horn on my 06 600ho swichback. I looked at the temp/alt chart that Polaris has and it came really rich. Mine came with stock 420 main jets and in the 2 position so I left it that way. As for the low end I went from an air jet 0.6 to a 0.9 and that cleaned it right up. I can let it sit running and it won't load up. I ride at about 500-2000 feet. It does seem a little lean i think at 1/8 to a 1/4 and sometimes if left there for while and then hit the gas quick it will hesitate a little and it's worse when cold. Right off idle its fine. My pilot jet is a 45 and maybe I will try a 50 not sure I don't have a ton of jetting experience. Most people on here ride at much higher alt so that might make a different with what they’re running for jets. Let me know how you make out because we ride at the same alt.

Thanks guys, will try a .9 PAJ and will get some 40 pilots. Might turn the fuel screws in a bit also, at 1.5 out right now.

I ran 40 or 45 pilots and .7 or .8 airjet. the combo of the two really cleans up the bottom end without adding the lean stumble.

At really high altitude, I ran 20 pilots and a plugged off air jet. Ran like a champ! Extremely crisp bottom end, it was like riding an EFI sled. Only down side was it took 3 pulls to start hot and 5 pulls to start stone cold.
