I keep hearing different specs on the drivers. 7t or 8t and 2.86 or 3" pitch. Anyone know for sure.....counted and measured? Or possibly "subject to change"?
Im hoping these new tracks are a 2.86 pitch and using the same 8t drivers.

On the spec sheet on the ski-doo website it says 7 tooth drivers with a 7.2 inch diameter. So looks like 3" pitch 7 tooth drivers. Going to be curious to see what kind of difference 8 tooth drivers make.

I like the looks of that lower a-arm. It looks like there is a bow or bend near the end that attaches at the rear mount. It appears that bow could make the lower arm more apt to bend at that location as opposed to the typical straight lower arm. Maybe more apt to bend rather than damage the module or mount.

Noticed the rails arent coated or painted? Why?

They didn't coat the rails or few other parts like spindles and chaincase for weight savings, something like 2lbs saved from leaving rails raw, I wonder if the raw rails will have more then 2lbs of ice/snow cause of not being coated?

Here you go. Wrong brand, but you get the idea.

Silly question, will the 174 fit in a clamshell type 12' trailer?

Not very well. I have a 12ft triton with fiberglass top cap shell and the 174 will only fit at an angle with the windshield off. Doesnt work with 2 sleds.
If you have the aluminum style shown in the video that I-90 Motorsports uses, it looks like you are good to go!

Looking forward to the day when I see one of these loaded on a 7' deck in a short box 1/2 ton.

Ya man. That's what I'm thinking about too.
With talk of moving the skid back 5" I'm thinking only the skis and belly pan will be touching my 7' deck.
