Hand warmers won’t work

I have a 15 m9000 and my hand warmers and thumb warmer and seat warmer quit working. Checked all the fuses and relays and are all good. Anyone one with ideas?

Are they all out on every setting? Mine would work on low but not high. Instead of changing the grips, I ended up ordering a new handle bar from Cat that came with the new grips installed. How to tell what you have going on if the fuses are all good? I don't know. Unless, you lost your ground. Since they are all out, I would take off, clean up the ground area and reattach the ground wire. Best of luck.
