Rpm fade

Took my 2014 rmk out, 1000 miles on it. Was on the lake at home and it was hitting 8300 non stop every time i opened it up for the first couple miles. Later in the ride it would hit 8000 and would build up up to 8300 after some time. Primary spring and secondary spring were new before 1 last ride last fall.

Any idea what would cause this? I let the sled cool down a 2 stops and even tightened my belt with no instant full rev like the first few miles.

Going out west soon and i always have this dialed with out playing with the clutching out there.
