2016 M8000 KW rating?

Thinking about buying a 2016 M8000 and see the engine power on the tunnel was rated at 109 KW which would only be 146 HP. A buddies 2012 M8 shows 113 KW or 151 HP on the tunnel. How accurate are these ratings and don't they seem low when Cat claimed 163+ for these motors?

The real number that has been proven on many dynos is 153-155hp on the procross / proclimb platform.

bad as skidoo, numbers all over the board. I got the certificate of orgin from AC for my sled and it has 147 printed on it under H.P.
Insurance guy came up with 150 in his computer...
I was under the impression these were 160ish hp motors for some reason. another secret AC likes to hide for some reason perhaps...

when cat went to the new chassis, the pipe configuration lost a few hp...
