A-Arm Snap ring C-clips keep falling off help

Had the entire front off for all fresh powder coating and new o-lite bronze bushings plus a members hardened ski rubbers and new 6" stud boy shaper bars all due to bending one lower a-arm a few rides ago so I figured while I got a new one I would make it all fresh upfront.

BUT ever since it seems either the snapring clips are stretched loose and need to be replaced or maybe i need to sand a tiny bit of the bronze bushings/washer? On both sides of the sled the lower clips keep popping off no matter what or how good i get them in? Anyone ever have something like this happen?

Did the same thing with my bronze bushings on the ZBROZ, did sand/file/grind until I got a solid groove, doesn't take much

We reverse them so the pressure side is solid and not resting against the snap ring..No more concerns

By reverse you mean??? We were ratchet strapping each a-arm against the backside and still the snaprings wouldnt full sit down in the groove. Seems to be a nice few people know i've spoke to that had to sand the brass bushings a bit!
