"Anyone interested in the Ski-Doo G4 kit listen up as we have some additional information to disclose! To start, the kit is 100% bolt on, no cutting or further modification of the sled required. We take pride in our keep-it-simple install, this kit follows suit.
We are the first in the industry to be able to harness the stock ECU to control fueling requirements for the turbo. In addition, we will be able to control timing, exhaust valves and oil requirements via the stock computer. As of present time, we are the only ones in the industry able to do this, which is one reason this kit is proving to run *so* crisply.
Boost levels adjustable from 4-12 psi. For high boost application, a water-to-air intercooler will be available for purchase as well.
The kit will work from sea level all the way to the Colorado Rockies (high elevation). It can be setup to run pump gas or high octane fuel if boost levels warrant.
Everything you need comes with the kit, including clutching.
The kit will be available for pre-order in early March. Pricing will be in line with our other products. Stay tuned! (and yes, videos of this beast on snow will be soon to follow...)"

DO NOT give this POS a dime of your money. I build performance vehicles for a living and his set up on the 800 was the biggest POS ive ever tried to tune. while it installs fine and looks ok it WILL NOT run worth a ****. Once the check clears and justin gets your money he wont answer the phone or messages. He needs to be run out of business with how he treats people.

FWIW, the 800 kit was a totally different animal.

There were customer service problems in the past, but if you head over to the Axys Turbo forum you'll find a lot of happy customers it seems (me being one of them).

Bummer you had to deal with some of Silber's growing pains, but it is worth noting things have changed from a CS standpoint and technology standpoint...

Interesting to see someone has finally cracked into the Doo ECU. Hopefully they know what they're doing when they get in there. This will most likely provide us Doo guys with a better running setup as far a turbos go if they get the fueling right.

Still do not need a turbo to hang with a supercharged cat or a turboed RMK, just the 850

Agreed on the former point, but certainly not the latter.

The 850 is awesome, but nobody is going to put a 165 hp 850 where a 200+ horse Axys is going. (unless the terrain or rider ability isn't able to push the sled that far...)

Just my $0.02.

Wouldn't it take 5 psi at 10,000 just to get it back to sea level HP?
I could see it taking 10 psi to get close to the 200 at alt.

At 10K you'd need around 8-9psi to bring the sled to 200HP. Remember, its not just PSI but CFM that equates to power...

This kit will install in a fraction of the time of the competition. 100% bolt on. No cutting. No tuning. Install, pull the rope, enjoy your 200+ horse 850.

If you read dynotech research, they dynod a boondocker turbo kit on a Polaris 800. Took 9lbs to get 200hp on pump gas and with intercooler.

215hp with pump fuel is pretty impressive. Granted they ran a low comp head of 9:1. Personally I would rather run stock compression and 4-5# of boost with a little bit of avgas and achieve the same results with less heat.

10:1 RKT head, not 9:1.
