Have a 1997 Formula Z 583 that burnt up (caught on fire) a few years ago and had it totally rebuilt with parts off of ebay and such. It runs like a champ, but it fouls plugs and acts like its flooding itself and somethimes looses spark every 30 miles. Ive replaced multiple coils, different plug wires, ran hotter plugs. Put two different carb kits in it; the float isnt stuck and the needle and seat is just fine. Is this CDI box or???? Anything helps. thanks
