stiff M1000 can't pull over

The dang thing sat for 1 1/2 years while I putzed around on it. Now the 2 stroke oil in the engine is so damn stiff/sticky I can't get more than one roll on each cylinder.

As a result, I can't get the engine to turn over enough for her to start.

I tried one pull on the clutch with the strap, but it pretty much got the same result, but slightly better. Even had 'bout a tablespoon of gas in each cylinder to try to cut the oil some.

What are your suggestions? How can I get this beast to roll over? I've got snow, but no go! :hurt:

pull out a plug on each side and then pull it over a few time. this will take away the compression and let you turn it over a few times. hit the plugs at the same time with a torch and then put them in fast then try to start it. helps if you can get it into a warm shop too.

ya, I did that when I put the gas in, but it didn't help a bit.

I've had a hair dryer on it for the last half hour. I'm going to give it some more time and cross my fingers....
