'06 600 RMK- Anti freeze in exhaust pipe

'06 600 RMK
Last ride I started smelling anti freeze. Pulled the exhaust pipe and it had anti freeze in it.
What would be the cause of this?

Yours is more likely the inner o-ring in the head.

So I replaced the o-rings and fixed the leak, but now my temp light is on and my display that shows the temp says error.

Is the water temp sensor installed properly?
