Same here wondering how much snow is on the trail if there's any?
Bring a spray bottle with soapy water, lube up the hyfax and go fast till u get to snow... lol

Snow was good but on the way down gravel mostly for about 2 miles time two open the gate it was groomed road in great shape except last 2or 3 Have fun be safe about 3 inches fresh over packed snow

Unfortunately I don't think that's going to happen anytime soon. The story I was told by people I trust was in mid February when we had the warm spell, some side by sides went over the berm and rode up the road (still a designated snowmobile trail as it's posted closed to wheeled vehicles). Also the ice on the road (that was bad on the hills) was a safety hazard to trucks driving up with sleds. I understand with the ice that the hills were pretty dangerous, but now that the ice is pretty much completely gone, it'd be nice if the gate was open. White's Ridge lot 3 miles up would be a good and easy spot to park. I'm not holding my breath for the gate to open right away.:brokenheart:
There is a possibility the gate may open this weekend. Jeff said he will take a look tomorrow. Also talked about taking down the berm on Northfork.

Gate is open for now
Had a good day today, much better than expected. Drove to whites ridge for parking, about a mile of gravel mixed between the snow and a little ice. Thanks to DNR for opening the gate!
